Jeffrey R. Anderson is the Founder and CEO/President of Jeffrey R.
Anderson Real Estate, Inc., a privately owned, Cincinnati, Ohio-based developer of Lifestyle
centers, retail developments and office buildings. Prior to establishing Anderson Real
Estate in 1975, Mr. Anderson was the Vice President of Real Estate for Chi Chi's Restaurants,
and owned and operated a Chi Chi's Restaurant franchise in seven states, from Pennsylvania
to South Carolina. In addition to Lifestyle Center developments, he maintains his interest in the Restaurant Industry through development and management of various dining concepts throughout the country. Mr. Anderson is a 1969 University of Virginia graduate.

Thomas G. Hoffman, CPA is the Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. Mr. Hoffman has been with Anderson
Real Estate since 1990. His areas of expertise include financing, capital structure, mergers,
acquisitions and divestures of company assets. Mr. Hoffman has financed projects such as
Rookwood Pavilion, Commons & Tower, Geneva Commons, Eastwood Towne Center, Crestview Hills
Town Center and numerous other Anderson entities. Mr. Hoffman is a 1982 graduate of The
University of Kentucky with a BS in Accounting and a 1989 graduate of Xavier University with
a Masters in Finance/Tax.

Mark F. Fallon
is the Vice President of Real Estate for Jeffrey R. Anderson
Real Estate, Inc. His current responsibilities include
anchor tenant leasing, site selection and tenant negotiations.
Mr. Fallon has headed the successful leasing of Lifestyle
Centers in Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Michigan
and Florida. Current lifestyle projects underway include
sites in Ohio and Minnesota. Prior to joining Anderson
Real Estate, Mr. Fallon had a successful career with Pyramid
Companies; the largest mall developer in New York State.
Mr. Fallon is a 1988 graduate of The Catholic University
of America.

JR Anderson is Vice President of Development for Jeffrey R.
Anderson Real Estate, Inc. Tenant representation, anchor tenant leasing, site selection and
project management are included in his responsibilities. He began his career as an investment
banker in New York where he was involved with mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Anderson is a
1994 University of Virginia graduate.
