Kevin Thobe supports the Leasing Representatives and Vice President of Real Estate in the leasing efforts for the entire Anderson Real Estate portfolio. Kevin also showcases development projects through strategic marketing, supervises Co-Op staff and is responsible for large-scale internal corporate event planning. Before working with the Company, Thobe majored in Marketing and minored in Real Estate at the University of Cincinnati.

After working at the Company as an intern for two years, he was hired as a full-time staff member upon graduation in 2006. Kevin is currently a member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers and is an Ohio Licensed Real Estate Associate. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering at Children’s Hospital.
