Rich Bevis handles specialty leasing, tenant negotiations and anchor tenant leasing for Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. His specific responsibilities include the leasing and negotiation for new ground-up developments including projects in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Minnesota. During the last decade with the Company, he has leased three separate 400,000 square foot Centers totaling over 180 tenants; each executed from start to finish within just 15 months. Rich graduated from DePauw University in 2001 with a major in Communications and a minor in Sociology. Today, he is a member of Cincinnati Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers and is a Licensed Real Estate Associate.
