Thomas G. Hoffman, C.P.A., is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. and has been with the Company since 1990. His areas of expertise include financing, capital structure, mergers, acquisitions and divestures of Company assets. During his tenure at Anderson, Tom has completed in excess of $1 billion in financing for Company projects including Rookwood Commons & Pavilion & Tower, Geneva Commons, Eastwood Towne Center, Algonquin Commons & Exchange, Crestview Hills Town Center and numerous other Anderson entities. Tom also oversees the Company’s numerous and diverse restaurant operations. He is a 1982 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Accounting and a 1989 graduate of Xavier University with a Masters in Finance/Tax. He is currently on the Board of Trustees for Thomas More College and lives in Cincinnati with his wife and three children.
