Tracy Nemenz Schwegmann joined the Anderson team in 2001 and directs all corporate marketing activities. She is responsible for planning, directing and implementing all aspects of the strategic marketing effort for the Company’s portfolio of retail properties. This includes grand openings, event management, budget development, tenant relations and ongoing marketing programs. She also handles on-site property management assignments and corporate public relations activities. Tracy received her B.A. in Journalism at Northern Kentucky University and her M.B.A. at Xavier University. She has been a Licensed Real Estate Associate since 1994 and presently serves on the Northern Kentucky University Alumni Board.
