Since its opening in 1965, East Hills has undergone many changes, including a major renovation and expansion to include two new department stores as well as 34 new storefronts, increasing the size to 676,000 square feet. Located on Belt Highway and Frederick Boulevard, East Hills is the retail destination for Northwest Missouri, anchored by JCPenney, Dillard’s and Sears with 50 other smaller shops. As the only enclosed shopping mall in a 50-mile radius, East Hills strives to be the area’s shopping destination and to serve the community. Recent renovations to the center included the addition of three family restrooms, a soft children’s play area and free Wi-fi service.
