Point Berkley International Village (PBIV) is a master planned mixed-use development located in Duluth, Georgia just north of Atlanta. PBIV was created and developed to cater to the larger and ever increasing Asian community migrating to the area. Upon completion, the $350 million development will consist of over 1.5 million sq. ft. of Class A office space, retail stores, an entertainment complex, and a 149-room hotel spread out over 50 acres of land.
