Rookwood Exchange is located in central Cincinnati at the intersection of Interstate 71 and Smith Road adjacent to one of Cincinnati’s premier shopping destinations, Rookwood Commons & Pavilion.

Opening in Spring 2013, Rookwood Exchange will be home to a 120+ key Courtyard by Marriott, featuring their new-format C-Bar, Bistro and fire pit patio.

Also included in the initial phase of the project are a 750-car parking structure, office tower, 15,000 sf of street level retail, and two freestanding upscale restaurants - Seasons 52 and The Capital Grille.

Future phases include room for additional lodging and retail.
