Project Overview

The 140,000 square foot complex of buildings encompasses nearly an entire city block in Downtown Lexington adjacent to Rupp Arena and the Convention Center.

Re-branded as The Square, and listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings, the redevelopment project currently houses a mix of retail, dining, and entertainment uses. Urban Outfitters, Saul Good, Pies & Pints, Tony's Steak & Seafood, Viniagrette, Alumni Hall , and HopCat are new tenants to the project, joining existing tenants to help build the desired mix of eclectic uses - particularly those who recognize Lexington’s hotel base, office population, Rupp Arena, and proximity to the University of Kentucky as a great opportunity.

Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate, Inc. of Cincinnati and The Webb Companies of Lexington acquired this historic block in Downtown Lexington formerly known as Victorian Square in August of 2012.
